This Terms of Use Agreement governs the use of the services and facilities of S-Cape Suite & Spa (hereinafter referred to as «Spa») by guests. By booking and using the services offered, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and payment

• Spa services (e.g. wellness packages, rooms) can be booked either via our website or by telephone.
• A booking is only considered binding after confirmation by the spa and/or receipt of payment.
• Payments can be made by credit card or Twint , depending on the payment methods indicated on our website.
• In case of no-show, the amount for the booked services will not be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, only 20% of the amount paid will be refunded.

3. Services and use of spa facilities

• All treatments and use of facilities are intended only for the persons specified in the booking and at the confirmed times.
• The spa reserves the right to modify or temporarily close services or facilities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical malfunctions, illness of staff).
• Use of the facilities is at your own risk. We recommend that you follow the respective instructions for use and safety regulations.

4. Behavior in the spa

• Guests are obliged to behave respectfully and considerately towards other tenants.
• Bringing food and drinks is permitted, but guests are required to take their rubbish with them.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the spa.
• We ask that you adhere to the rules and instructions in force locally.

1. Disclaimer of liability for injuries and accidents

The spa assumes no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the guest’s stay.

2. Health status of the guest

The guest declares that he is healthy and has no health restrictions that could affect the use of the spa facilities. In the event of health problems that could affect the use of treatments or facilities, the guest is obliged to inform us before booking. The spa accepts no liability for allergic reactions caused by the use of products such as shampoo, care products, cleaning products, etc. Guests who are known to be allergic to certain substances or products are obliged to inform us of this before booking or treatment. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the products used are safe for him. In the event of an allergic reaction, the guest releases the spa from any liability

3. Liability for lost or stolen items

The spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings of guests. We recommend that you store valuables in a safe place.

4. Liability for non-compliance with instructions

The spa is not liable for any damage caused by guests not following the instructions of the staff, particularly regarding the use of facilities and equipment.

5. Liability when using the spa facilities

The use of spa facilities, such as saunas and whirlpools, is at the guest’s own risk. The spa is not liable for any health impairments resulting from improper use.

6. Liability for damage caused by guests

Any damage caused by the guest to the spa facilities or other spa property will be charged to the guest in full.

7. Liability for unforeseen events

The Spa shall not be liable for any damage or failure of services caused by unforeseen events such as force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, power outages).

6. Data Protection

• We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy , which is available on our website.
• Your data will be used exclusively to process the booking and to contact you regarding your booking and/or treatment.

7. Cancellations and changes

• · Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment .

• · If you cancel within 24 hours, we will retain 80% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee.

• · In case of no-show, the entire amount of the booked service will not be refunded.

• · Changes to bookings (e.g. rescheduling) are possible after consultation and depending on the availability of the spa.

8 . Changes to the Terms of Use

The Spa reserves the right to change or add to these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

• This agreement comes into effect when you book a service and is valid for the entire stay at the spa.

9. Final provisions

• The law of the country in which the spa is located applies.
• In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Spa, unless otherwise agreed.
